Reservations and Cancellations

Service Agreement

Elite BHLS provides luxury chauffeured transportation services as described on our website. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater capacity when necessary. All drivers are licensed, insured, and trained to Elite BHLS standards.

Liability

Elite BHLS maintains all required commercial transportation insurance. Our liability is limited to the transportation services provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Prohibited Conduct

Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles during their booking. Smoking is not permitted in any Elite BHLS vehicle. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
